Ans -  The minimum tenure period varies from product to product. If a user required period is not covered on our product page, Cityfurnish team will be happy to discuss your requirement and fulfill the same.

Ans -  To Terminate contract a user need to provide 2-week notice to Cityfurnish and also you need to pay additional charges. Termination charges will vary from product to product. Termination before the minimum tenure of 3 months: Full 3 month's rental due with rates as per 3 months tenure and for fitness product minimum tenure being 4 weeks.

Ques.4. What is the delivery timeline?

Ans - Normally it takes 72 hours after KYC process to get the product to deliver. If you need a product before delivery time, you need to discuss the possibility with the customer care team. If a user will not submit documents needed for KYC on-time delivery might delay.

Ans - At your convenient time Cityfurnish team will be visiting your place and install the product. Extra delivery charges will be levied for more than 3 floors without lift.
