In case a defect is observed due to customer mishandling the product the Customer will have to pay for the repair charges.

Damages

If the product sent to you on rent is found to be UNUSABLE by Rentickle team, Rentickle team may ask you to pay the amount equivalent to the product value (as defined in your contract) less the amount of rent already paid by you. You may retain the possession of the item(s) in such a scenario. If there is any other defect, which is correctable, the pick-up team will take pictures of the item(s) at your premises and send it to our Quality team for inspection. The costs incurred in rectifying the damage will be intimated to you and you shall be liable to pay the same. A user needs to pay amount chargeable to them if any item found damaged. Rentickle Cancellation & Modification Policy

Modification Of Order:

If a person wants to modify an order, he/she can modify order within 24 hours of placing it. A user can mail Rentickle for modifications at care@rentickle.com or can call at 1800-270-1950. If there is any modification in order Delivery time and date might change. A user will not be asked extra charges for modifications. No order can be modified post the expiry of the 24 Hours period as Rentickle would have already placed an order with our manufacturing team and work would have started on it.

Adding New Items to the Existing Order:

A user can cancel their order within 24 hours of ordering it without attracting any extra cost.  If you don't cancel your order within 24 hours Rentickle would have already placed your order with the manufacturing team and work would have started on it.
