Return Policy:
Hometown committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product be it furniture or kitchen essentials you have order. If once the order is dispatched from the warehouse it will not be refunded or canceled unless there are some non-repairable manufacturing defects.
Product Damaged/Defective:
If you have received a product which is not in good condition though it is very unlikely events that any order sent from Hometown is defective or have any manufacturing defects then you immediately lodge a complaint on its Customer care helpline at 18002100004 and refuse to accept the delivery. Hidden defects must again notwithstanding any warranty rights be reported to us immediately on detection so that any warranty claims against upstream suppliers can be asserted.

A user is advised not to accept delivery of any item if a user notices any apparent damage or deep damage. Please do contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. (Product warranty to be taken up with a respective brand/HT service center to be highlighted)

If the product was not received in good condition we may repair/replace the product under warranty terms, however in case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product Hometown may initiate other or offer an alternate product with mutual consent on returning an old product. Replacement of the product may depend upon the availability of the product.

Shipping charges will be refunded In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition.
Return Request :
A user can contact the customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the product and request a return/exchange. Hometown will arrange pickup of the product from the delivery address through courier. For returns through courier collection; you will be given a docket number at the time of collecting the products, which is to be retained for future reference.
In case product which is return does not comply with Hometown return policy no money will be refunded to the user.
How I will Receive Refund?
Refund will only be initiated by Hometown team once they are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. Refund will be given in the same way the payment was made. If the user paid via credit/ Net Banking they will be refunded the Credit and Net Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque, Hometown will send you a cheque.
